I will provide a professional upfront quote detailing the work and deliverable schedule for further negotiation.

I am a firm believer that my customer as well as my professional time is very valuable and thus I do not do any speculative (spec) work. By this I mean In other words, any requested work for which a fair and reasonable fee has not been agreed upon, preferably in writing.
