Bermuda’s not going down any time soon. As I drew this I tried to imagine the energy expenditure that such regeneration would costs an organism. It’s a giant monster so we’re probably talking billions of cell divisions within a matter of seconds. Is it a side effect of it being filled with boiling hot liquid (probably digested rock) or a side effect of being imaginary?
Is it considered regeneration if the subject is creating new appendages rather than healing a wound? Perhaps this is more of a evolutionary survival response. More heads equals more teeth, eyes and flame throwers in this case. Perhaps Bermuda was once a worm and over many years has turned into what it is today.
Either way Auriga is going to put all that regeneration to the test. The real science behind regeneration on the other hand(no pun intended) is fascinating.
