The Scribblenauts guys are 5th cell, the developers of Drawn to Life and Lock's Quest. Then there's Level 5, the guys that brought us Jeanne D'Arc and Professor Layton. I know it's confusing, there are only a handful of really good developers out there, especially ones that do a lot of handheld stuff.
